Attorney Rapid Response Toolkit
Smarter Case Preparation Starts with ARRT™
Investigative Intelligence
Introducing the Attorney Rapid Response Toolkit (ARRT™) from Waterloo Security Intelligence—a revolutionary solution designed to give law firms instant access to case-specific investigative intelligence. ARRT™ empowers attorneys to act quickly, make informed decisions, and streamline case preparation with ready-to-use toolkits, enabling efficient, cost-effective, and court-ready outcomes for every client.
Solving Real Problems for Law Firms
Attorneys frequently face obstacles in quickly assessing and preparing for cases. Many firms lack in-house investigators, relying instead on expensive external resources, which can cause delays and unpredictable costs. These inefficiencies limit timely decision-making, reduce profitability, and can impact client satisfaction. ARRT™ solves these problems by offering quick investigative information, allowing firms to act fast, use their resources wisely, and compete better with bigger companies.

WSI Criminal Defense Rate Card
ARRT™ — The Invisible Partner™ Investigative Intelligence Pricing for Criminal Defense Counsel
Three engagement models — per assignment, retainer, and ARRT™ subscription — designed to fit any practice structure. All rates subject to negotiation based on firm engagement level, matter volume, and payment terms.
Engagement Options
Per Assignment
Quoted by Scope
Single matter or discrete investigative task
Ideal for a first engagement or a single high-exposure matter. Full ARRT™ intelligence layers applied with fast deployment and a defined, controlled cost. Quoted per matter based on scope, complexity, and urgency.
How it works:
- Matter is scoped and quoted before work begins
- Retainer deposit collected prior to engagement
- Work billed against the retainer as performed
- Retainer replenished when depleted to zero
- Final accounting provided at matter close
Retainer
Deposit on Account
Draw-down model — replenish when depleted
A retainer is a deposit held by WSI and drawn against as investigative work is performed. When the balance reaches zero, the client replenishes the retainer to continue work. Retainer amount set by agreement based on anticipated matter scope.
How it works:
- Retainer amount agreed upon before engagement begins
- WSI draws against retainer as work is performed
- Detailed billing statements provided on request
- Client replenishes when balance reaches zero
- Unused retainer balance returned at matter close
